Returns & Exchange Policy

Cotton Dimples doesn't have a Returns Policy. Returns only exist in the following conditions. 

  1. The customer has received a wrong design as agreed. Changes in dyes and variations in shades won't be part of this condition. 
  2. Stained or soiled product have to be reported to Cotton Dimples team on the following contact points within a day of the receipt of the product. The customer is required not to wash the product or try to remove the stain themselves. The customer is also required to maintain the product packaging with themselves and return back together with the product. 
  3. No exchange or return based on the change of preferences for design or product would be entertained. 

In case of valid returns allowed by Cotton Dimples, the exchange or return would take place within 7 to 10 working days of the reporting of such an incident. 

In case of exchanges the courier company would pick up the wrong parcel from the customer and deliver the correct one in separate visits. Either one of these visits can take place before the other. Two fresh order numbers and courier delivery numbers would be generated for this purpose and the customer would be duly notified. 

In case of valid returns, the courier company would be liable to pick up the return product from the customer. After the product is returned by the courier to the company which would take from 4 to 10 days, the company would then return the money via bank or online transfer to the customer's bank account. For returns, the company can deduct from 10% to 35% of the original invoice price of the product by assigning due and mutually accepted conditions.
